After we make contact and gain a sense of your priorities, your journey begins with a visit to our Hilliard showroom to meet with a dedicated kitchen design consultant. We ask you to bring a few photos of your current kitchen so we can better understand your space and quickly provide a ballpark estimate. You will also have a chance to explore styles, materials, and options for your project.
After the initial meeting, your Design Consultant will visit your home to take detailed measurements, complete a digital scan of your kitchen, and discuss your design style and functional needs. This in-home consultation helps us customize your remodel to match your space, preferences, and goals.
About a week after your in-home consultation, we invite you back to the showroom for a detailed design presentation. You will review a 3D rendering of your new kitchen, walk through the full project proposal, and make final selections for finishes, materials, and fixtures.
Once you approve the design and sign the contract, we complete a final measurement to ensure every detail is exact. Then we place orders for all custom materials needed for your project. Delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks.
The big day is here! Our craftsmen arrive ready to bring your new kitchen to life. Think of them like an Indy pit crew-they know exactly what needs to be done, they have the tools, materials and experience needed to perform an amazing amount of work in a short period of time. Our goal is to complete most kitchen installations in about one week, although certain elements like tile backsplashes may add a day or two. No matter what, we stick to the timeline we promised, even if it means working late to get it done right.
As we complete your installation, we will walk through the new kitchen with you to ensure everything meets or exceeds your expectations. We will explain how your new features work, answer any questions you have, and make sure you feel completely comfortable with your updated space. Afterward, we invite you to complete a quick survey to share your experience and help us continue improving.
