- There will generally be two team members assigned to your project. A third team member may join, depending on the work involved. Your Lead Craftsman is the on-site project manager. He’ll coordinate every aspect of the job, answer your questions, address concerns, and ask for your input when needed. If you have questions that he can’t answer, please don’t hesitate to call your Design Consultant or our main number: 614-781-1970.
- We will need to shut off water and electricity to the house during the project (typically hours – not days).
- If additional craftspeople are involved in your project (e.g. electricians, countertop fabricators, or drywallers ) we will schedule them to perform their work at the appropriate time. However, we may ask them to phone you directly to coordinate best with your schedule. Each job is different. If you have any questions, just ask us!
• As your project nears completion, your Lead Craftsman will review the job with you, answer questions and note any “punch out” items. Our goal is to leave the final day of the project 100% complete and with you happy with your new bathroom! Full payment of the outstanding balance is expected at this time. - Payment should be given to the Lead Craftsman. Accepted forms of payment are: check (made to Simple Bath and Kitchen), cash, and credit card (Visa, MC, Discover).
